Lunch in Vigan's Cafe Leona | Sunset Goddess Manila

When one is in Vigan, it seems one must also try Cafe Leona. It’s located right on Calle Crisologo but in the area towards the church/plaza. The restaurant even has a plaque by the door from the Philippine Historical Committee, in honor of Leona Florentino.

The restaurant has a low ceiling and cozy interiors. But I’m glad we got there quite late just as the lunch crowd was already thinning out. Otherwise, I’m sure it would have been really busy and could have compromised the service.

We went for the classics and ordered calamares (P150), chicken sisig (P150), morcon (P200), and daing na bangus (P180). And we loved all of them! They have Ilocano, Italian, Filipino, Thai, Continental, and even Japanese dishes too! Here are the pictures courtesy of B. of On Travel Therapy.
